About Macaulay Controls Company
Macaulay Controls Company was founded in 1965 when Richard Macaulay first began representing a control valve product line. From this humble start, we have evolved from valves and controls into a true representative firm selling a full line of equipment and instrumentation critical for water and wastewater applications.
Over the years, we have worked hard to expand product lines, implement the latest industry technology, improve the quality of our services, and develop strong customer relationships. Through field demonstrations, application analysis, and design assistance, we are pleased to work with engineers and end users on these products and offer a complete solution to their needs.
Today the company is owned by UFT and the president is Kari Macaulay Hollway, Richard’s daughter, who started with the company in 1980. Our team’s dedication to customer satisfaction since the beginning has driven us to be a leading manufacturers representative in the highly competitive water and wastewater industry.

Kari Hollway
- Kari Hollway embarked on her journey with Macaulay Controls Company shortly after graduating from college in 1980
- Throughout her tenure, Kari has undertaken diverse roles, including outside sales responsibilities across South and Central Texas, culminating in her appointment as President in 1995, a position she proudly holds to this day
- Kari’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas State University
